Directions
From the South
- Take the Coastal Route 1/Brunswick/Bath Exit 28 off I-295
- Follow Route 1
north about 18 miles through Wiscasset, and then continue on about 6 more miles
- Take a right exit after the green highway sign that includes "Pemaquid" and "Damariscotta" to get on to Business Route 1B - this takes you into downtown Damariscotta *
- Follow Main Street (Route 1B) through downtown to the stop light at the top of the hill
- Turn LEFT just after the light and just before the Information Booth - this is Church Street - the street sign is overhead.
- We are one tenth mile after the turn, the 10th building on the right, #27, set back across from the intersection with Elm St.
* to avoid downtown traffic congestion in the summer, continue north on Route 1 for 2.3 miles to the blinking light. Turn right on to Belevedere Rd. Go right at the stop sign on to Business Route 1 south, and follow the remaining directions in "From the North" below.
From the North
- Take Route 1 south to a left exit on to Business Route 1, Damariscotta
- Follow to the first stop light
- Turn right at the stop light on to Church Street
- Go .8 mile to #27, set back across from the intersection with Elm Street
Parking
In addition to a few spaces in front of the gallery, there is a large parking lot in the back, down the driveway to the left of the building. Park and walk back up the driveway to the front entrance.
We are also just a short walk from downtown Damariscotta.
